Environmental Site Assessments

AET regularly performs Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for a wide variety of clients including property owners, purchasers, residential and commercial developers, financial institutions, government agencies, medical facilities, industrial operators, attorneys and real estate lenders.  In doing so, we have developed a highly effective approach that lowers costs and speeds execution. 

We pride ourselves on the fact that our Phase I’s identify potential liabilities while utilizing techniques and procedures that comply with ASTM guidelines.

AET works closely with our clients to make the appropriate recommendations and will follow through with the entire real estate transaction to ensure that the needs of all parties are met.
